Hello, It is with great pleasure that I have the opportunity to share my experience working with Joe Toto and Groove Events. After a professional colleague introduced us many years ago, Joe morphed into becoming the official DJ for the annual Massachusetts Science & Engineering Fair (MSEF) student banquet hosted on the MIT campus. When MSEF set out to make plans for its 70th Anniversary, Groove Events was the first vendor interviewed/hired after selecting a downtown Boston Hotel. And, to this day, it was the best decision we could have made. One sentence says it all: Our event was transformed from "plain vanilla" to a warm, enjoyable, and beautiful venue. From cocktails to dinner, to an entertainment program featuring current high school science fair students displaying their projects, a video presentation, and very brief remarks from a major donor and leadership, the guests were entertained and "educated"about the value of MSEF's programs.

Joe and his fine team were responsible for branding the event along with production, direction, projection, management, and more. the event was 75 years in the making and Joe's long-standing support has been steadfast. 

Groove guided us from the very start of our adventure, special entrance area, room set-ups, audio-visual and sound systems, lighting decor for rooms, drapes to soften cold walls, introductory and background music, etc Bringing his extensive experience to the forefront, Joe personally was respectful of our budget, extremely flexible to work with us and understand our goals at the outset. He met with us several times to guide us in streamlining all parts of the celebration, and he even included a dress rehearsal for the students and speakers. 

MSEF"S 70th Celebration was a simple but elegant low-keyed evening showcasing the organization's mission. The MSEF team attributed much of its success to Joe and his awesome Groove Events staff.
